Through building relationships, strengthening both body and mind and achieving health and fitness goals, they are the first place to look when looking for change. Through a wide range of experience and expertise they can help you get fit, eat food for wellness, strengthen your mind and everything in between.

Christina

Hi, I'm Christina, both a Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor. Some of my passions include:

Functional Training (make life easier), Yoga, ‘Oov’ Core Stability, Correctional Exercise Training, Sport Specific Training, Movement Therapy and Injury Prevention.

Empowering ordinary people to be extraordinary in every aspect of their lives is my number one priority. Supporting my clients to reach their goals through movement, be that general health and fitness, sports specific training, yoga, injury prevention or core stability. I am committed to harvest the seeds that we sow and grow together. I am a personal trainer who understands that every day is a different day. The good, the remarkable, the bad and the blue. I strive to find out what will motivate you in every session and situation so that you go away feeling better than when you arrived. As an avid motocross rider since a very young age, staying on the bike in all conditions has always been a key philosophy. Through wheelchair bound injury, podium titles and losses, I know first-hand how important it is to have the trainer support and relationships to carry you through to achievement of goals. These experiences really strengthened my ability to empathise and feel compassion toward any and every obstacle life throws at the people I work with. I have always been passionate about exercise and nurturing healthy lifestyles. Personal Training allows me to encourage others to be active through creating fun and rewarding environments where results are holistic and functional. I love it because I help ordinary people become extraordinary in so many different aspects of life.

Jaydon

I'm an Olympic Weightlifting and Nutrition Coach and my passions include: Weightlifting, Strength Training and Nutrition Coaching.

My aim is to inspire people to become the strongest version of themselves, inside and outside of the gym. I believe strength is never a weakness in life and with the lessons that strength training can help teach you, you not only get stronger physically but mentally as well.

I have previously worked with individual and team sport athletes in high school. They can be challenging to train at some points, but I found great enjoyment in teaching them and seen good results. Training youth/teenage athletes comes with its struggles but installing good values and a positive mentality, despite the plateaus or losses has always been at the forefront of my coaching mindset.

I myself am currently on my own training journey, with a plan to compete internationally in weightlifting. That’s a while off and we still have a bit of work to do, but that is the plan and with that I would hope to inspire more Kiwi’s and just more people in general to pick up a barbell and incorporate strength training into their lives.”

Nutrition coaching is my other passion. Throughout my tertiary study we touched on nutrition which I then followed up with the Precision Nutrition Coaching Certificate and am keen to be more involved in people’s lives in this direction. I’ve previously worked with a wide range of people in this area, from early in life to later in life. I hope to empower people with the skills and knowledge to succeed in the area of nutrition through our Body Revolution Healthy Nutrition Course and Online Coaching Program.

I went to Jaydon to get some nutrition and workout advices to further my training, in a bid to one day compete in a bodybuilding competition. He worked on a solution that worked well for me and changed the way I worked out increasing my strength whilst gaining quality nutrition thru whole foods instead of supplements. He also was very good with the follow up procedures to make sure that I was tracking well to meet my goals.
