I initially started at a local gym about three years ago aged 48 and after more than 20 years of no real exercise I was in terrible shape physically and mentally.I really wanted to change but had no idea where to start, and getting a personal trainer was suggested to me. That is when Christina and Jaydon from Body Revolution came into my life, and it truly has been a most wonderful experience. It has now been almost two years, I train at least four days a week including two PT session and yoga, my mobility and fitness has improved but mostly my strength, and weight training is what I now really enjoy. I have also started a nutrition programme with Jaydon which is showing great results.
Body Revolution is exactly what it says it is, they cover everything. I feel healthier, I sleep better, I eat better, and I have more energy. Christina, Jaydon and I get along really well and I feel like we have become good friends. They know what I am capable of (much better than I do) and push me to make sure I work hard to reach my goals.
