My approach is suited to you and your needs and wants. In comparison to the meal plan, specific food at a specific time approach mine is more flexible and enjoyable thus more sustainable than a just meal plan.
I prefer to teach and install knowledge about nutrition so that you can make better decisions around food for every situation in your life.
When you get caught out and you’re at a birthday party or a Christmas lunch you can read the food in the room, think about what that food will be doing to you and make the best decisions for the moment.
I don’t abide by a specific diet camp so I won’t push another fad diet on you. I believes the best diet is one suited to the individual, that is flexible, enjoyable, sustainable and safe.
