Yes, an initial consultation provides your trainer with all the relevant information to ensure safe and successful training going forward. We cover everything from medical and injury history to movement analysis and of course your goals. Knowing why you want to achieve your goals is just as important as achieving them! The movement analysis will help us to identify any areas of imbalance, restriction and inactive muscles which will be important to stay pain free and strong.

Personal Training takes out all the hard work of getting motivated to exercise on your own, thinking about what to do and most importantly wondering if you are doing it correctly. One-to-One Personal Training is the most goal specific and tailor made to your body, however small group and corporate training with 2-10 people can be accommodated in the studio to create an affordable and exciting mix to your training.
